"The staff is amazing,friendly and always welcoming, the property is a bit old needs some improvement specially on the bedrooms ,overall not bad for the price."

"So this property really looks beat up on the outside but the commons areas on the inside are not bad. The room I had 315 was ok except the bathroom, the bathtub needs to be changed as the color on the tub floor looks black and the bathroom wall tiles in the shower looks like it don’t get scrub….there is clear evidence of scum in the tiles grout and also in the corners of the bathtub. Hair was also stick to the shower curtain. A part of the ceiling in my room looks like it had mold. I also found a hair accessory on the floor next to the bed. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was good. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and shopping (Publix, Marshall’s, Chinese food, dollar tree and a few others)"

"Overall it was fine. Room service everyday was nice. Balcony was dirty and the railing was flimsy. Elevator and hallways weren't the cleanest. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was simple and easy. Nice location short drive to shopping area. "

"It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only a couple of things that are small but... We were told breakfast went till 10am. Apparently that is only on weekends...and we got there late Sunday night, so by the time we got to breakfast it was closed. I know it's a tough job but the woman running the breakfast was not very friendly or accommodating."

"Dated and musty rooms , fridge was rusty and making loud clicking noises all night unable to unplug. Staff was unable to help as none spoke English and just nodded smiled and said ok to whatever was said to them. Hall was covered with the scent of drug use and very loud as you could hear every tv or talking in rooms. Not a pleasant stay. "

"We stayed in the blue royal palm building. It was okay and had some good things and some disappointing things. The good things were that the rooms are set up with full kitchens and we had two bathrooms. The things that stand out as disappointing are that everything closes very very early. The one place to eat or get snacks/ice cream on site closes at 630p, the arcade closes at 7p and the bar closes around 8p. The rooms are also not super sound proof, we continously were hearing the room above us walking around and moving their chairs all hours of the night, sometimes even around 3-4am, some felt covers for the furniture may help that. Also there were red ants in the bathtub, so we did not want to try using that tub while there. "
