There are 4 floors in this hotel, in a classic square hallways design, so rooms can be pretty far from the parking lot doors, and luggage carts are very important. The management cavalier attitude about their non- return for hours and overnights, or even all day, being inside the rooms of people who used them and don't return them, is regrettable, and downright lousy management. I am not if he behaved that way because he did know how to perform the task but his behavior was unwarranted. The incident largely impacted my hotel experience. I am not happy."
