"What is advertised for the room is not what you’re getting, photos on property site also show full size stove and fridge but your getting a two burner top. Beds state they’re king but definitely a queen size. Rooms were overall run down, had to move rooms due to filth and a broken toilet seat. Second room wasn’t much better but it was functional, front desk staff was awful and rude except for Tonya who really did her best to help once the first gal stepped aside. "

"Got a king room with a love seat and love seat and ottoman were stain3d all over, had an expose socket on the floor under rhe a/c unit and doors WERE SO HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. You had to jerk down with both hands and asked front desk person about it and she said that's how all the doors are. Overall experience was a 3 out of 10."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean by most standards however the bathroom needed a renovation. Drywall and caulk issues as well some rust around the metal door frame. There are a lot of trees right up against the building so I did two termites in our room. The fan in the bathroom is on some kind of timer or something so it was running a lot with no way to turn it off and it was loud. "

"At 7:30 am the offering was sparse blueberry muffins, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. The lobby/office opens at 7 am. There was water dribbling in the tub, and water would not warm up for a shower. The tub was dingy, not necessarily dirty, just needing replacement. Struggled to close the door; appeared to be some damage to the top bolt. The staff was friendly but seem understaffed as we waited about ten minutes for the clerk who was getting towels and sheets for another guest. "

"I have to say the pool area is gorgeous. Comfortable chairs places to eat really enjoyed it. The only thing is the rooms for me. I find they need an update."

"I needed assistance with a billing error. The operations manager, Jorge Soza was very rude and unaccommodating. Thankfully, another manager assisted him to correct the billing issue. I am not if he behaved that way because he did know how to perform the task but his behavior was unwarranted. The incident largely impacted my hotel experience. I am not happy."
