"Room was not ready at check in time, key card system was down so when our room was ready at around 4pm, we need to have someone let us into our room. System came back up next morning.
Room was very small and not a lot of storage. Room and property was clean, staff was ok, not overly nice like most places, breakfast was basic, plenty of parking but spaces for each parking was small so it was very tight. We do like the location.
Their pillows was terrible, bed was too soft for our liking, no bed bugs. We forgot a bag of laundry when we left, which was our fault but no one call us to maybe let us know so we could turn back and go retrieve it. Overall we would not come back again."

"The hotel was perfectly located— we walked everywhere. The beds and pillows were exceptional! The only drawback was the size of the bathroom. It was fortunate that my sister and I were average sized women… any heavier or taller, it would have been impossible to sit without hitting the sink. "

"The room was clean and had been revamped "recently". Bed was comfortable. Not a good area of town. Staff and frequent visitor ignored us to discuss drinking and getting stoned and other party activities. No ID required at check in. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean but the bathroom tub needs to be recaulked. Very little hot water for a shower. We were in a separate building next to the main building. There were no ice machines in our building. Had to go to the main building. They charged $11.00 to park and that was not mentioned when I booked the room. Did not get breakfast as we had to leave for the hospital. I would not book a room at this location again. The proximity to the hospital was great."
