"The front desk staff is not friendly. The market store in the hotel has double/ triple of the price of stores outside the hotel. While room service staff is very helpful and friendly. Room does not have coffee/tea set, basic hotel amenities such as complimentary toiletries. "

Room was a touch on the small side, but very comfortable bed, nice amenities (cool Bluetooth powered sound system, camera to borrow), bathroom was amazing - heated floor, great shower and looked beautiful. We'll be back for sure."
