"Being situated so close to the centre and within walking distance of Manuka means this is a great place to stay. Rooms are adequate and the area is excellent. They don't have an on-site restaurant so you'll need to walk 10 minutes to the myriad of eateries in Manuka. I'll stay here again."

"We had to switch rooms due to the amount of dust on the furniture and carpet fluff on the floor, and the paint smell in the room. They moved us to an equally poor room which also had filthy windows and questionable bathroom cleanliness. Reception did not answer the phone and did not respond to the message we left. We had to go down to the desk after waiting 40 mins for someone to come back to us. Would never stay there again."
