"Staff was great"

"Friendly front desk staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times and haven’t had any issues but this stay was not welcoming. The room smelt like a 90’s bar , I tried to call front desk but nothing! I was on the bottom floor and the people above me We’re so loud ( while getting it on ) the whole hotel needs to be noise proof. The continental breakfast was good."

"I wanted to like this place, but overall it fell short. The room felt pretty worn down, with scratched-up walls and exposed plumbing in the bathroom that made it feel unfinished and not very well maintained. The biggest issue for me was the in-wall AC unit. It’s an older style, and unfortunately there was a bird’s nest in the exterior housing. Throughout the night, I kept hearing scratching and metal noises that made it really hard to sleep. I told the girl at the front desk. She apologized but didn't offer anything to make up for my lack of sleep. I should have slept in my car. The one bright spot was the staff—they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. But between the condition of the room and the noise, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Tv cable didnt work, charged for 45 min early check in, breakfast was cheesy and floor/tables not cleaned. "
