"Staff was nice but there were a few issues with the front desk processing things in their system to the point that I have to visit the front desk a few times. At check in, they require a $200 incidental/deposit type fee which should be refunded after your stay (assuming no damages have occurred). There is a fee per night to park in case you werent sure. Food at Timbers buffet on premise was decent and expected for waterpark resort buffet fare."
