There was a variety of options for breakfast we had included (Asian and Western), and the lounge access we included was pleasant with friendly staff who remembered our preferences. The concierge also helped with getting a reasonable drive to the airport as Didi would have actually been more expensive. It was a great stay for our first time to Shanghai."
