"This was my first time being in Seattle and I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable in every way the Belltown Inn was. The location is frankly incredible as it's so close to everything you might want to see. Be advised, this is a busy popular hotel and you're likely to have to wait to be served but the staff were very helpful and did their best to help me out. One feature I loved was the selection of toiletries on offer. They were not the usual cheap standard products most budget hotels provided, but were a delightful style and quality, gorgeous scents with handwash and lotion above the bathroom sink and body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as adorable little bars of soap. Wifi worked well but was quite slow since so many people use it at the same time. Despite the fact that it has a lot of rooms, it was relatively quiet and I had no trouble getting to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the big desk was perfect for working on my laptop as well as putting on make up. One thing that could be improved is the area for hanging clothes has a safe box positioned in the middle of the wall so any longer clothes hung on the rail above it get squashed sitting on top of the safe. It's a poor design and the safe should be moved lower down. There is a decent sized fridge and a microwave, plus cupboards with cups and glasses and room to store your own cooking tools if you were staying longer. Only negative was being charged $100 "holding fee" ."

"Clean ,spacious room. Wish there was 2 luggage rack. I used the table to place my carry on. The other was used by my roommate. Breakfast was excellent and it had a variety of fruits, cereal,pancake or waffle,muffins, juice and hot tea, coffee,hot chocolate. Need a trash can by the coffee bar for trash. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Even printed out direction for Lightrail transport and bus stops. I would have been lost without it. Shuttle to airport was on time always. He deserves tips.Thank you staff. Did not use gym and Hot tub. No time. Wish there was a microwave in the room or in general public place like near the coffee bar. I would definitely stay here again."

"The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The street noise was loud at night. There was no front desk staff to help us when we had a late flight and arrived for check-in. The QR code they gave me was supposed to get us in, but it didn't work; thankfully, there was another guest inside who could let us in. It was close to lots of great food and spots around downtown."
