"The hotel was in a very good location - close to the Space Needle and Pike's Place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but comfy - very well appointed. And maybe one of the best towels I have had in my travels. If I return to Seattle, I would rebook this hotel."

"Our cable didn’t work in our room all night. When we checked out, they gave us a complimentary breakfast. We didn’t push for anything in return, merely shared that it wasn’t working. The Supervisor knew how to take care of a customer. Nice touch! I will stay there again"
