"Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairs……). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a big deal, but our child was not happy with it)"

"The view from our room was beautiful! The room itself was pretty outdated, which was no big deal. The picture of the room shown was not what we got. As others have said, it wasnt the cleanest and you pretty much expected to clean the unit before you leave which was weird that if you dont you are fined. I have no problem not leaving a mess, but $200 when no cleaning supplies are left is a bit over the top. One instance did bother us alittle. We were trying to walk through the hallway, housecleaning had pretty much the entire walkway blocked off, saying "oh Im in your way, before pulling out her phone and texting. She made no effort to even move herself, let alone move the various things she had put in the middle of the hall, which was a bit irritating as I was carrying a large beach bag and 3 kiddos who couldn't squeeze past either, so I decided to just push our way through, as she had no intention of letting us pass. Instead of hoarding the penthouse, maybe the owners should consider renting them out to pay for the very leaky air conditioners that soaked the balcony and were louder than the ocean and fix the broken floors and very old uncomfortable furniture and mattresses. Just a thought. Overall, could have been a bit cheaper for what you get, but you are pretty much paying for the gorgeous view."

"Staff and check-in were great. One of the beds had dirty sheets on them. Booked online for a room with one king bed and two twins, upon arrival it was two queen beds. Double check with "balcony" listings. Parking fee on arrival. Beach access was nice and the pool/bar area was pretty cool."

"We enjoyed our stay. The place is older, but still nice with lots of amenities. The breakfast buffet was very expensive for what you get and could have been better. Still overall, is a nice place to stay with very nice and accommodating staff."
