"They were doing some off season renovations so it wasn’t what I expected. The room was clean and I wasn’t really bothered by the renovations. Nice place to stay."

"Staff was rude and offered no help in finding our room. The woman checking us in just said you are on the 12 floor said our room number would be on the booklet she gave us. It was not we had to go back in. Thankful an older lady helped usher to our room. Would not stay here again. "

"Staff was very short and not very welcoming at front desk. Maintenance was half ass from caulking and painting , it appeared a 5th grader did maintenance and the hot tub and pool were freezing with no towels"

The rooms could have used a good overall cleaning but we dealt with it -THEN, theeeeen they are renovating and the first morning we were JARRED awake at 7:50AM by extremely loud JACK HAMMERS breaking up concrete right outside our bedroom wall/window -scared awake to be honest it of course terrified our dog. We were moved to another room in a timely manner but the construction was loud all around- -I think they should have closed the hotel while doing renovation because daaaaang it was LOUD! "
