Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. "We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The resort is in a great location with easy walking access to nearby restaurants or shops, if you want an alternative to the in-resort dining. It is also in a slightly quieter area of Lamai, which is what we wanted. Our airport transfers were seamless, the room was very clean, and the room access to the pool was fantastic! Highly suggest booking the pool access suite. The staff were very helpful and friendly - felt sad to leave them. Thank you Tam, May, Khoon, Man, Sea, etc (inclusive of every encounter we had at the resort) for being so warm and welcoming! I highly recommend this resort to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Koh Samui. We cant wait to come back!"
