"I’ve stayed here before and had excellent customer service in the front. They accommodated an early check in for an event we were attending. This time, I was taking my 5 year old to the mermaid swim. I called ahead and front desk told me I could check in no later than 2pm. I got there early just to see if anything was available. The front desk clerk repeatedly said no rooms were available as I watched countless people check in. I eventually had to leave while my husband stayed behind and was able to check in after 3pm. So he missed the event all together! I’m not sure what she had against me, but my daughter got to spend less than an hour at her event. That’s what made me the most upset! I guess it depends on the staff you encounter. Some are great, and some are just mean."
