"The toilet was missing the flush and didn't work properly, on the first night the door to the balcony would not close properly (we managed to force it to shut), the receptionist asked us for €23 despite taxes supposedly being covered in the initial booking. Only good things was the location and the price."

"Really lovely staff for check-in. We did not realise the reception is fully shut until 3pm, so we ended up sat outside but that wasn’t at fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of! There is a convenience store around the corner and is very close to the metro station. We found the location good and also affordable. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, slept well. Would definitely stay again if back in Berlin!"
