"Deben limpiar el área de refrigeración del pantri, ya que todos los postres y picaderas saben a nevera y es desagradable, deben mejorar las opciones del buffet (se come por la vista y no todo se ve agradable) y por último las bebidas pudieran tener más variedad con un poco más de calidad (Solo tienen agua de máquina, minibar vacío, vino con sabor desagradable y solo artificiales)"

"We had such an amazing stay at Sosúa by the Sea! If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly hotel where you can truly relax, this is the place. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so calm. I personally loved that there wasn’t a loud club on the property—it made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time with my family. I want to give a huge thank you to Randy at the bar. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond by decorating both of our rooms with balloons—one for my son’s birthday and one for my fiancé’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made both celebrations feel extra special. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. They surprised us with a personalized birthday cake, and both the staff and fellow guests sang Happy Birthday. It was such a heartfelt moment that we’ll never forget. The kindness and effort everyone put into making our family feel celebrated meant so much to us. From the beautiful scenery to the outstanding hospitality, our experience exceeded our expectations. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at Sosúa by the Sea for making our trip so special! ❤️"
