"The room was horrible, there was years of filth behind the dresser,the rug tiles were peeling, the corners of the room had old sand imbedded in it, the table was cracked, the lamps were rusted, there was a rodent trap near the fridge, the dresser was cracked, there were missing tiles as you walked in the bathroom, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the light in the bathroom made a buzzing sound, the microwave was old & dirty, the fridge was disgusting, the room key number was etched in the key fab for the room, the shower was held together improperly, the toilet was improperly secured, the sink had a crack in it overall just horrible..Is there a way to get refunded ?"
