"We didn’t get the rom that was advertised by Expedia. Only 1 elevator worked for 16 floors. The sauna water outside was brown. We needed a full kitchen but got a hot plate instead. Nice area, great price, would stay again."
"Unfortunately the AC didn’t work on entry to the condo. We went to the front desk to inform them that the thermostat doesn’t work and the AC isn’t blowing air. I asked for a box fan and they supplied me with one. They sent an employee to our room and after 2 trips he had the AC working however we had to dump a 5 gallon bucket of condensation water into the hall bath tub every few hours. We go down to spend the day at the beach and I have to leave the family to come up to the room to dump a 5 gallon bucket of condensation into the tub so that the AC doesn’t turn off. Never coming back."

"Photos of room were false advertisement supposed to be a suite was not no balcony pre paid thru Expedia thought paid all had parking too pay 60$ , took our card then charged us for the room again found out last day there called our bank said they will investigate."
"We never ended up staying there. We left later than we were originally planing and would not arrive until late. Apparently, there is no one at the front desk to check you in after 7pm. When we tried to contact the hotel no one answered the phone. When we did get the answering machine it was full and we could not leave a message. We also sent messages through the app. We then reached out to Hotels.com for assistance and they did not get any response from the hotel either. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here…."
"This is an older facility. The pluses of this hotel are the clean rooms and the attentive staff who did their jobs so well. The beach is lovely. The desk staff could have been more helpful but I know they're busy.
Hot food offered for breakfast was served in plastic to go containers which were used by guest and then tossed. A biodegradable option would have been less wasteful and possibly cheaper for the hotel."
