"私は英語もタイ語もできません。しかし、スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。私は今まで五つ星のホテルのクラブルームに泊まった事もありますが、ココのホテルのおもてなしが１番最高でした。花火を皆んなで一緒に見る事ができて良かったです。また泊まりたいです。 I can't speak English or Thai But the staff treated me kindly I have stayed in a club room in a 5 star hotel before But the hotel here offered the best service I'm glad I could see the fireworks together I want to stay again "

The premium rooms facing the street had single pane windows, so there was traffic noise which many might find disturbing. The extra thick and high pillows could make for an uncomfortable sleep. The majority of the staff were friendly though many of them appeared shy. However, they were more than happy to help when I approached them for assistance. I booked without breakfast...
