"Room had a very nice, large balcony with 4 chairs with a view of the beach and sea which is across the street from the hotel. The room is not fancy but good. The air conditioner worked very well. There is no parking lot or garage (the ad on expedia is misleading on that) and you have to park on the street (which can be full) at a meter. But overall it was a good place to stay."

"Nice place to stay far away from Rome. Excellent host and had a kitchen with entirely everything to use. I loved the Italian coffee she made for me and she did not hesitate to make it for me many times. Snacks was always around and she was an excellent host. "
