The staff at the hotel were fantastic and assisted us with all our needs. Even though we are English speakers we felt right at home here. The rooms are modern, with excellent views of the city (we could even see Christ the redeemer from our hotel window!). The breakfast buffet was plentiful each morning and provided us a very accessible way to get breakfast with such a busy schedule. We completed our excursions and came home to a clean and tidy room each day. The room also had air conditioning that we could adjust according to our needs. The rooftop offers incredible views of Rio and a wide selection of tasty drinks. This hotel is walking distance from so many amazing restaurants and shopping (Musa Cafe and the flagship Havaianas location). Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the Ipanema area and I hope to be back!

Perfect location, 2 blocks away from Ipanema beach post 10; best location in my opinion, even better than LeBlon if you want to be in a good beach with nice people but not overcrowded like Leblon. 4 blocks away from the lake Rodrigo de Freitas. The hotel is located where all the best shopping stores and best restaurants are located. Totally safe.

There was a huge coachorage in my bathroom and after I hardly killed that oneand couldn’t sleep I saw another one next day. I asked them to change my room and they said they can’t and they don’t have any room. After I insisted so hard they accepted and all of a suddeb there was another room. I know there are coachorages hidden behind bathroom doors wooden pieces, so if you get that kind of room where there is space they can hide you will most likely sleep with one and even see it and scream like I did. God they are huge!!!

Fui colocado em um quarto que tinha porta/acesso conjugado a outro quarto. Eu praticamente ouvia tudo que o outro hóspede fazia. Fui acordado às 4am com o barulho do chuveiro do outro quarto (parecia dentro do meu). Precisam com urgência refazer essa estrutura conjugada para ter bloqueio acústico (duas portas, no mínimo). É algo básico e esperado. Não dá para pagar quase mil reais em uma diária e ouvir o colega do lado tossindo como se estivesse dentro do meu quarto.
