The kitchen was spacious, the beds were comfy. A late season storm almost snowed us in. The owners’ staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They brought us a snow shovel and even helped find some snow chains for our car. We’re definitely coming back to this house!"

"We had a good stay here once we were able to get into the house--the message we received with check-in information provided both the wrong house number and wrong door code. We could not reach the property manager to get the correct code (granted, we arrived at around 11pm and VRBO was able to eventually reach them), but fortunately we guessed the correct code. The wifi also went out completely 2 days into our stay. The house did have everything we needed and proximity to the valley was great."

"Overall - enjoyed our stay, but if your group is picky or particular, this place is not for you. Great for an unfussy group of adults or a family with young kids, but this place could use some TLC, refreshing, and deep cleaning. "This Cabin/House was perfect for our Yosemite visit. All modern/renovated with large fully stocked kitchen and awesome wrap around patio. Quiet and private location relative to other cabins."

"Be prepared to check in with Redwoods Yosemite Management prior to occupying cabin. That wasn't indicated in our VRBO instructions. Luckily, we chose to stop by a nearby management office to use their phone(due to no cell reception), & discovered that was the procedure to check in. Had we arrived 1 hour later, we would have been unaware of the "after hours check in procedures" Otherwise, our accommodations were perfect & would gladly stay again."

"Location was ok but property needs some work. The drive way was steep and hard to park a full size truck in. There was not enough towels and the rug in the bathroom was covered in other peoples hair so we had to use one of the few towels we had to step on out of the shower. The shower is tiny and has nowhere to put your products. The outside was filthy so we didn't sit on the porch or anything."

"Our group of 6 adults had a great stay at this beautiful home. The home is comfortable, well stocked, and a great space for a group of adults. We even enjoyed the garage arcade/ping pong table. The kitchen had everything we needed for a group dinner. A bonus is that it’s within the park (no park reservations needed) & an easy drive to Yosemite Village. Jimmy & Michael were quick to respond to any messages & provided detailed check-in & depart instructions. I would absolutely stay again!"

"What a comfortable, lovely cabin! We loved the real batten door. The directions to get there were clear, the location was perfect - away from the hubub, but a pretty drive to the valley. The home was clean, and everything we needed to use for cooking was available. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample seating for our evenings."

"Love Yosemite but not the crowds? I get to the park 2-3 times a year, for 25 years now. Foresta is a gem, well off the beaten path for most visitors - but 15 minutes from the valley. Quiet! Wonderful hikes, literally outside your door. Foresta Falls are about 20 minutes away, and they'd be the centerpiece of a park anyplace other than Yosemite. Continuing on that trail takes you out to overlook the Merced River canyon. Another hike (on First and Second Streets) takes you on a loop around the...

"The home is spacious and clean. The beds were quite comfortable and the property manager was exceptional. When we arrived on the first night of our stay with steaks ready to grill, we were unable to get the gas grill going. Within 15 minutes he brought us a replacement. Our dinner plans were saved. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and quick response. Thank you!"

"Google Maps worked well for us. The place was very clean. Check-in was pretty easy. Wonderful neighborhood. There is a small grocery store nearby that saved us a trip outside the park. The only issue was that AC would not work, it got hot inside the property in the evening and at night. We just opened some windows and handled the heat."

"We had an issue with finding lots of giant winged ants crawling on the carpet and a couple black beetles as well. Especially when we turned heater on they would appear out of nowhere near the vents making me think they came from the vents. Needs an exterminator visit to spray around the house. It didn’t ruin our stay though! We just killed them when we would see them with paper towels and we only saw them in the day not at night which isn’t a huge issue since we were mostly out on hikes.
