"We usually stay in Garden City and at Dolphin Cove. Dunes Realty was nice and easy to work with as always. Unit 3A was ok. The unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was supposed to be clean at check in but really wasn’t up to par. The floors needed vacuuming, beds were sloppily made, there was a dirty rug in one bathroom and a moldy shower curtain in the other. However, I was prepared. "Perfect location. Quiet little condo situated between the marsh and the beach in Murrells Inlet. Beautiful sunsets behind the property overlooking the marsh. The beach is less than a 5 min walk across the street. The beach is quiet and away from the crowds in the area. The restaurants in Murrells Inlet are a 10 min drive. If you are looking for a calm location- this is it."

"Liked the proximity to the beach. Complaints The TV was mainly movies and no local channels. Had to subscribe to networks. Had problems with it for our 5 day stay. Bedroom TV had no signal even though maintenance came out. Complained several times. The sofa should be thrown out ( faded & stained) along with the old wicker dresser. Hair dryer also didn't work. I did get a replacement the next day. No hangers in the closet & cleaning tools stored in the clothing closet. We couldn't t use it...

"We all truly enjoyed our beach vacation, the short walk to the beach, the balcony view, ocean sounds and breezes. The house was comfortable for our seven adults and one baby! "Quiet location with comfy beds and plenty of space for us.Our visit was not without blips. The freezer portion of the refrigerator was not working but luckily, we had very little freezer food. "It was fantastic. The little extra touches (a beach bag packed with towels and a sun hat; a pass for the State parks; coffee and snacks in the kitchen area; an oscillating fan that was used every night. Yes, we're fan people-summer or winter.) Plenty of towels...and a wonderfully cozy 4 poster bed. Our dog went with us and it was very comforting knowing he was safe with a fully fenced in area. The hosts were onsite and very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back. This was 10 out of 10."
