"The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

"We rented this cottage for an extended weekend with longtime friends from our high school days (60 years ago). The Boatnik Festival, jet boat ride, and great meals together kept us very busy, and it was a respite to come back to this quaint cottage in the evenings. I can't say enough about the comfort of the beautiful four-poster bed. "We visited Medford for a memorial service. This property was relaxing while we were there, and had a tremendous view of the city by day, as well as Mt. McLoughlin, and the city lights by night. It is very private and quiet. A great choice, with even a modified kitchen available, well stocked with dishes, pots and silverware."

"This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in...

"This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!"
