"We had a lovely stay. The only reason they dropped a point, is there was no kettle in the room. We bought one from Woolworths, as we can’t do without our hot drinks as soon as we wake. "

"Nice hotel and a good breakfast but too far out of town to be useful for tourists. Most of the other guests seemed to be industry contractors."

"Fantastic place! The room was perfect for one person, not sure how two would get though. The room is clean and modern, has a sink and a shower so you only need to share a toilet. All the shared facilities were clean and there seemed to be an army of housekeeping staff cleaning all the time. Rooms are designed really smartly and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the main trains station and you have loads of places to eat very close. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s near the bus station which adds a level of sketchy but we felt very safe together. We ate in walking distance and it was lovely. Mall and supermarkets are also walking distance Breakfast was lovely The bathroom shower had no curtain and it made it difficult to take a shower without wetting the entire bathroom To get to our room, 2 floors up, it was by stairs. "Close to the highway, major attractions and downtown area. The whole set up gives the place a boutique hitel flavour! The most remarkable is collection of modern art in all areas of the property. For health- conscious travellers, their breakfast is the best! If one is planning to take car close to Downtown and the famous botanical garden head straight for the 7 Story Car Parkade rather than looking for street parking"

"Studio (50qm) gebucht, falsches Zimmer erhalten. Mit allem Gepäck wieder runter. Im richtigen Zimmer stand statt der Sitzgruppe nur ein Tisch, die beiden Sessel fehlten. Wieder runter - reklamiert. "Unser Hausservice kümmert sich." Nichts passiert bis zur Abreise. Den Mangel bei Abreise erwähnt - nahezu keine Reaktion. Kunde ist hier kein König, allenfalls Umsatzbringer."
