I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Berlin. You are very close to the Alexanderplatz station but all the sites are easily walkable from here. And there are plenty of restaurants at night "

"This so-called Hotel was shut, locked, when we arrived in the evening of our booking. The “Emergency” telephone, advertised in large font outside the entrance, was nothing but an automated answer phone. No use at all. After one hour we gave up and set off in search of an alternative. We have still (2 days later) received no apology and no reply to e-mails. In short, this place is a disgrace."
