"My wife and I chose this area for our 21st wedding anniversary and I did not disappoint. The lake with cypress trees was gorgeous along with the peace and quiet. The Cabot had everything we needed and the sleepnunber bed was definitely an added plus. Location was very close to local casinos and historic Jefferson,Tx. "Beautiful waterfront home on the lovely Lake Caddo. Roasted hotdogs and smores with our grandkids and family. Hired the world famous guide Randy Deaver with Caddoprobass.com. Greatest guide, very patient with children/granddaughter as he taught her the art of bass fishing. Very successful trip for our granddaughter caught some really big bass! I would encourage everyone to stay at one of Nick and Jenny's homes on Lake Caddo!"

"We had a good stay at Caddo Lake, even though the recent rain made our boat tour cancel (due to launch site being under water). We went into Jefferson and took the historic trolly tour instead. The house was very close to the lake."

"Very nice cabin, clean & well equipped, view was amazing & porch was so relaxing! Fun to go to wildlife preserve, state park & into Jefferson to sightsee. Manager was really helpful as well!"

"This place is off the beaten path and really unique. This place can comfortably sleep 8 people and has plenty of outside deck area. Although we aren't fishers... This is a great place for people who fish. The grandkids loved the loft room and unique steps up to that room. The place was clean and had plenty of linens and beach towels. We had a great time."

"This is a very quiet and peaceful area on Caddo Lake to enjoy. Loved being able to walk in friendly neighborhood and not worry about safety. There is a cafe with pier you can enjoy a sunset, all within walking distance. The unit is tucked away behind another cabin. Little misleading in photos-thought we would have a large lot. That closeness was not great, but luckily we had quiet neighbors. Some landscape work was needed such as tree limbs trimmed away, grass needed mowing, and trim bushes that...

"Was not stocked upon arrival but contact with owner resulted in prompt delivery of necessities. Internet did not work which resulted in NO television for the entire weekend. Was a nice clean place and very comfortable."

"What a comfortable home with one of the most beautiful views of Lake Caddo! The location of the home is perfect to both marinas/boat landings on Caddo Lake/Cypress Rd area. We had so much fun kayaking around the lake and walking to the local marina and outpost. Ping pong was also a fun way to unwind in the evenings! It was a very peaceful getaway from our normal routine with beautiful sites of nature around us and the inside of the home was comfortable and clean, with a well appointed kitchen...

"We traveled with our 5 & 7 year old boys. They were 3&5 last time we visited and never stopped talking about "Miss DeeDe's cabin"- so we returned. We had so much fun again! This time the boys are bigger and they are better fisherman and we're so excited to catch some pretty bass. Again, "Miss DeeDees hospitality was awesome. Great breakfast a casserole, cinnamon rolls and kolaches! The cabin is so nice, cozy and clean and the boys love the loft beds. We did not see the deer this time but Domino...

"My family enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home. At first glance it looks small, but once you walk inside, it is so spacious and set up so nicely. The entry to the backyard from the master bedroom is a nice touch morning coffee was so nice. I Most definitely would love to stay here again."
