"We had one of the best vacations we've taken! The site was better than advertised. We had car trouble on the way down and were delayed in arriving. The host called us on our way to just assure us that the site was ready and if we had any questions we should call them. We enjoyed the stay and bought some steaks to take home with us. "Very nice modern cabin on a pretty cove. The cabin is only steps away from a nice dock. Outside lighting was excellent! The owner's attention to detail is evident. We think this is a rare example of the "real deal" being even nicer than the pictures. Important to remember the natural terrain in areas like this involves some slopes and steps. This is not a ding against the property at all."

"This was a cute place inside. The description was misleading with things it said was included. There was NO view, except the back of storage sheds. It said Wi-Fi on place and no Wi-Fi. Some of the dishes were dirty and a pan was left in oven that was pretty bad. Hot tub needed cleaned . There were old shorts and underwater left by hot tub. It said to lock back door to porch but screen was torn. I booked for 8 but only 5 stayed there ."

"This is a great property. It had everything we were looking for - nice, clean, and with great amenities. We hiked the creek and spent time on the dock swimming and using the kayak. The secluded location was good for us, so the kids could be in the water without worrying about boater traffic. We only saw a couple jetskis and boats across the lake from us so the kids could be out in the kayak. We will definitely book it the next time we are in Lake of the Ozarks!"

"I got the cabin because my son was racing at Wheatland and was suppose to be all weekend. Unfortunately he broke the first night so we had an entire weekend with no plans. We played lots of board games, soaked in the hot tub, had a campfire and just relaxed all weekend. After a very bad start it turned out to be a great stay."

Beautiful view & quiet getaway!
"Absolutely peaceful getaway! We spent the night here for a quiet, unplugged, & peaceful getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was fresh and spotless clean and not overwhelmed with artificial plug-in deodorizers (like many are). While there is a big TV and plenty of movies & games, we literally sat on the screened in porch and enjoyed the view until the sky was dark and again at sunrise. The bird-watching was amazing, we saw a variety including bald eagles. This place goes on our list for a return visit for sure! The only negative was what I’m assuming is well water. Bring your own drinking water & we limited our hot water use. This was not enough to outweigh all of the wonderful perks this property has to offer. Thank you David & Cathy for sharing this little peaceful place."
