"Excellent hotel - situated right next to the top tourist site of the Maori village and the Geo-thermal walks. The hotel swimming pool is heated with the same thermal waters - so you can have the same experience as in other paid Spas in Rotorua (but for free!) The room was spacious, well furnished. Had a good coffee maker machine as well. Nice bed, good friendly staff. Lots of free parking space available. Overall, very happy with the hotel. "

"Very nicely located place with awesome views of lake Rotorua from some of the rooms. Staff were very helpful and I felt really welcome. Special shout out to Jaena who helped guide me to the best spots in the city. "

"Excellent location, you can walk close by to cafe & bar and not have to worry about driving. Carpark was always available to us. Close to all amenities. Room, beds, pilloes comfy. Only querral would be i had to go to reception and ask to top up milk, coffee for our room. Would definarrly be back."
