"Although an older style house, it is very clean and spacious with a large kitchen and lounge that opens onto a good sized deck - deck railing does need some attention though. Beds are very comfortable, water pressure in shower is great and there are a substantial number of books to read on a rainy day! There is privacy from road by shrubs and trees - a light prunning would enhance views of the water, especially near the house. Overall, a good place to stay, particularly for a family."

"Lovely place to stay, amazing views of the hokianga harbour, fantastic sunsets, great area, friendly locals, the place had everything we needed, we were all comfortable, unable to connect to wifi or get freeview going, but the property manager refunded us some money towards personal data. Only downfall for us, was that even though the property is pet friendly, its not fenced so we couldnt allow our fur baby to freely be outside and just relax, with the main road just below a worry, however great...
