"The staffs are so nice from the front desk, bell service, pool attendants, housekeeping and the dining staff. Special mention to Samson from the front desk for being so nice and accommodating when we told him we are celebrating our daughter’s birthday during our stay. Kudos to all the staff! "I love the entance in hotel and was always acknowledge by the staff at the front end and by staff doing their jobs. I found their continental has a simple and quick chooses for breakfast. I also enjoybthe breafast in th Resturant. It is old hotel but it clean and warm theme. My only drawback is I wished I had small folded latter so I could plug in hairdryer on my own. As I found the plug a little to high on the wall. I go back to this hotel in the furture."

"We are from the Waikiki area but this is the first time I've stayed at the Queen Kap. I get coffee in their lobby all the time when I come to town. I was there with my elderly father to bring him back to the island one last time to relive and revisit his childhood memories. The hotel was a perfect location for us because he grew up in Kaimuki neighborhood. I was able to arrange an electric scooter that allow him to get around the property and the area.
