On our first night we had two false emergency alarm system go off. The sound was piercing and simply nerve wracking. It seems people working on the elevator accidentally triggered the alarm system twice. On our first full day there we were expecting to have the room serviced and it did not happen. We had to go down and ask the front desk person for towels. The two chairs and table on the balcony were dirty and full of soot.

Pool was shut down during the stay which was not communicated properly. Construction was supposed to be completely. Dyamond up front was super sweet and helpful. Overall, would stay again if the pool was opened !

Overall my stay was great! Staff were nice. The property was clean. Parking garage was convenient, and affordable. The bed was so comfortable and my room looked just like the pictures! The indoor pool wasn’t available and there was no bacon at breakfast, but that doesn’t take away the fact that I had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent view, room and very clean! The Staff was very friendly. No issues with parking plus the parking was free!! The hotel is currently undergoing renovations causing NO interruptions to the guests. This is a task within itself. Great job !!! 10

The view was nice, decent size for 4 people, and our room, parking, and breakfast areas were all in convenient areas relative to each other. I will say though, one of the conditioner bottles mounted on the wall came crashing down in the middle of the night and there was a roach that came for a short visit one night as well. Also the indoor pool was being renovated while it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool. I think we'll check back towards mid-summer and that's be the 5 star stay. For now, 4 stars--good job Hampton Inn.
