"Villa and everything about the property is as you can see on photos. House is huge, 3 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen is on the small side but has everything. We didn't even go into the pool house but I believe people can sleep there as well. Terrace outside with the garden is really nice and spacious. Pool is fantastic and clean. "We have had a wonderful time at Christine and Gilles villa. Communication before and during our stay was extremely helpful. Hannah was there to greet us upon arrival providing lots of information about places to visit. We received the most generous welcome package we have ever had! The villa was beautiful, high up on a hill amongst olive groves, very private with spectacular sea views. The children loved to play in the pool every day. "The property is very well appointed and is big enough for a family of 10 to fit in very comfortably. There are just a few points to mention, you will need a car if staying at this villa as the local town is a good 20-30 minute walk away. Some of the indoor furniture and work surfaces have seen better days but we were impressed with the twice weekly cleaning and the attention to detail. The garden and pool are very well kept. "The villa is right by the sea, is spacious, has great internet and air con in all of the bedrooms. Lovely views and sunsets every night. Swimming pool is large and great for families. If you want to spend time in your villa and potter it’s perfect. Only 30 mins to Falasarna beach which is the best we visited - v clear water for snorkelling. Sun beds a little pricey but ok if you plan to stay for a few hours. With the seclusion comes the sight downside that the nearest minimart is around 25...

Stavros went above and beyond answering questions and even booking a fishing excursion. The full kitchen and washer-dryer made traveling with kids much easier. "We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning and extremely well looked after, with housekeeping and pool maintenance twice a week. The owners are exceptional hosts - the house was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more) and we were treated with gifts of bread, pastries and cookies from their bakery during our stay - a real treat. The surrounding area is very quiet but with a local restaurant, supermarket and the owners’ bakery within walking distance...

"The property was great, and loved it being all solar powered. I agree with other reviewer the road is a little precarious to drive up. Pool was perfect for very hot days. Also I think the village details need to be updated, there are now only 2 tavernas, no mini mart and no cafes. It's a 20 min walk downhill and 25 back up the hill. Great stay!!"

"We stayed in the nearby Keramoti villas in 2013. The views, the peace and tranquillity brought us back again but this time to Helios. Helios is bigger and more luxurious. All bedrooms are large and well furnished. The master bedroom on the first floor is superb with its bath tub by the window and it’s only large balcony. The living room and kitchen area are very spacious and well equipped. Of course we spent most of our time outside enjoying the large terrace and pool and that view. Early...

"Great venue with amazing views, only 10 minute drive into Chania. Pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Amazing choice for breakfast. Dining room was very good. Just a heads up that you pay for the breakfast when you’re on site. Would return"
