Si pueden hospedarse en otro hotel haganlo no tienen wi-fi en las habitaciones y tampoco cuentan con servicio a la habitacion como se describe en la pagina cuando haces la reservacion.

Not good at the time when i got there no rooms abailable they send us to another hotel too far away. Terrible experience.

We were comfortable in a room in front of the pool. The room is a little outdated, however they did have AC (a must in Veracruz) and it is not to far from the aquarium. However it is a long walk under the sun to get to the malecón. Just get a cab from two blocks down and be there in no time if there is no traffic (and it's pretty cheap). The buffet was really good.

En general muy mal, pésima diría yo, la ducha se tapaba y se inunda, ofrecen internet en las habitaciones y al preguntar me dicen que solamente en el Lobby, no me sirve eso, el personal pésima su actitud, hasta que les fui a reclamar prácticamente me corrieron, me dijeron que me devolvían mi dinero pero me tenía que salir, a las 9:00 de la noche y con dos niñas!! pésima actitud y falta de calidad humana. No lo recomiendo!
