"This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Per instructions, I informed mgmt that I'd be arriving after regular check-in hours. When I arrived, there was no one at the property. When I called the manager, I was informed that I'd have to meet her at the train station several blocks away to get the keys. I informed her that I'd preferred not: I was a senior citizen with back problems and didn't want to be schlepping luggage in the dark. I was told it was the only way to get the keys, so I did. The manager did not accompany me back to the property, and when I tried to use the key to my room, it did not fit. It was downhill from there. It was a nightmare--emphasis on night. I was put in an unsafe situation, and had to make arrangements to get to another safe and clean hotel. Note: The property description on Expedia disclosed that there is no elevator. However, it fails to mention that there are two long flights of stairs. My room was on the third floor. These people are unprofessional to the tenth degree."
