"I was visiting a friend in Gaeta. I stayed for a week. I am from the US. Get the ocean view with a balcony. The view is great. I usually stay in Hiltons and Marriotts. This is comparable, with a few very minor exceptions. No waste can in bedroom only in bathroom. Furniture slightly more worn, not bad though, at all. The staff were very good. Breakfast was international style. Restaurant food was good. Technology was obviously outdated because things were on paper at the front desk. On the whole...

"I am very particular and hardly ever go without finding a flaw with a property- I cannot say this for Hotel Aurora and our stay. Everything was exceptional!! From breakfast, to the staff, to the room- everything was PERFECT!! I would not only stay here again, but I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the direction of Sperlonga- in fact, I would tell them to go out of their way to stay at Hotel Aurora- that’s how good our trip was. "The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement. Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay. "
