"Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and available. Room is a bit dated, but clean. Trip to Erice by cable car was worth the stop in Trapani. Historic area of Trapani is walkable and we enjoyed walking along the Mediterranean Sea right outside the hotel door. "

"Fantastic spot for travellers looking for slightly off the beaten path tranquil experience. Beautiful setting, quiet, tasty breakfast and on-site restaurant, including wine tasting from their region. We stayed for two nights and that was perfect amount of time to relax and recharge. The rooms could benefit from bigger windows/more light but apart from that, no other considerations. Highly recommend. "

"Apartment itself and location are good . There is no free parking. The host mentioned somewhere he knew and you pay but it is easier to find your own space on the nearby main road and pay the meter (free overnight).Host rang to say I had left my Kindle but we were in Palermo when I saw the message so couldn't go back. Host was not willing to wrap it and take to post office and wasn't able to say whether it could be collected as he might not be in. So basically i can't have my Kindle back.I would have paid of course. I know it's a nuisance but I've sent forgotten items to guests before."

"The host was wonderful and welcoming. So many helpful tips about what to see, where to go, what not to miss. Don’t forget to avail yourself of his unique pulley system for your luggage. A lot easier than lugging up several flights of a spiral staircase. The gentleman we interacted with (owner) is so proud of his city, his B&B, and his COFFEE! He’s an expert at all three. I’ll miss awakening each morning without the latter. A delightful place and host. "
