Very handy to the airport, nice clean bathroom and beds and a very convenient free shuttle. Also appreciated having plenty of tv channels to choose from!

Dissappointd
their website said they were pet friendly, but not that it would cost you $50.00 for the pet. So they give you a good rate and then charge outrages price for your dog. Not good!

It is clean , close to Pearson Airport, They were extremely short staff on Feb. 28 th no one to help me to room with luggage, unable to manage the huge luggage cart, had to make 5 trips to room, only 1 employee on duty. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for shuttle to Hotel. Better service March 29 th @ checkout.

Great location by airport. Toilet flushed poorly. I recommend housekeeping check these carefully between guests and report plumbing that functions less well. Otherwise, fine room.

Hotel was just okay. We won’t be staying there again because there was no breakfast to speak of in the morning...just muffins and pastries and there was not a restaurant nearby to get a lunch/dinner....just across the roadway to a bar type of place. Not what we are used to and expect.

Started badly with the person answering the phone about the airport pickup hanging up before I could finish the conversation and clarify the location (I thought he said F5, but it was S5). Waited nearly a half hour for the shuttle. Room fine, but paper thin walls. I could hear activity in neighbouring rooms until 1 am. Lobby and breakfast area—public places—dirty. Not impressed, especially as this is during the rise of COVID 19 cases. Would never stay here again.

We have never stayed anywhere that charged separately for parking and supplied a bottle of water for coffee then charged for it. I realize its not the staffs fault but we will pick another location in the future.

Booked this hotel for one night before flying out and another night upon return. Perfect for that reason. Be aware that they will charge you for parking. That wasn't on the website. Also: if you're going out to dinner, go to Turtle Jack's. 100 yards away and a great restaurant in Toronto area!!

i like having a fridge in room. rooms are good and beds are comfy. The greek restaurant is closed and was nice but now you have to go outside to get food. pool is nice but is in the next building so outside again. I usually stay here when I travel as the price is good for a quiet night before or after travelling. Shuttle is available and on time. I don't like the soaps and shampoos in containers on the wall but i suppose better for environment. no lotions either so bring what you need of your own toiletries.

It was a convenient location the price was right. The check in was good an friendly. The carpets were worn especially in the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok the fixtures were old but worked ok. The bathroom fan was very noisy. The breakfast selection was ok but on the lower end of the scale. It was alright for the one night stay that we needed.
