"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

"We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. "The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

"We enjoyed our week at The Sand Casa!! Owner was great to work with. Especially when we accidently locked ourselves out...due to we left a dead bolt on and went out the back door without realizing what we had done! He arranged a lock smith to come to our rescue. All information was easy and clear to understand from check in to check out. Seriously so close to the beach! We hope to visit again!!"

"We went for my girlfriends Birthday week. Balloons and card in room when we arrived. The over all experience couldn't have been any better. If i had to mention 1 thing its the fact that the chair and umbrella rentals closed at 5pm . Way too early. You should consider the upside to staying open till at least 7pm.
