    The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. Rent nightly or by the week.

The rooms were exactly as pictured! This property is beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! You can easily walk to the coast side or simoly walk on the Gulf as well! Perfect in every way!

Covered parking was so nice we don’t have to get in a hot car from the sun. Rooms were all clean, the little snacks were great my teen daughters loved the snacks. Small walk to the beach with all of the beach gear but my girls were happy to walk down to sit on the beach for hours with snacks! We did not swim in the pool as we were at the beach for hours. We loved the fountain and hearing the ducks we made up names for them all. My girls and I had a nice relaxing time we would definitely come back

Fun stay for the 4th

My husband, our 21yo daughter, and I had a wonderful stay for the 4th of July weekend. The condo was great - we especially enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony. We would stay again!

The condo was as described in listing. The view of the Sound is beautiful. And just a short walk across the street to ocean. We did have a few problems with the TV (as did the previous renter) but the host was available to help us with that which we appreciated. I think the living room furniture could use a little upgrade - not very comfortable. We enjoyed our time at Baywatch.

Anniversary trip

We had such an amazing trip, the condo we stayed at was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, and great location. Our favorite part was waking up every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony.

Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The location was in close proximity of the boardwalk and the trolley. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony. We hope to return in the future.

Great place to stay!!

This is a very well maintained condo in an excellent location close to shopping and dining with a great view of the bay and just steps from the beach! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything needed. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Overall a great place to stay!
