"We stayed at the newly revamped hotel for two weeks and loved our stay. After an initial problem with our room, we were instantly upgraded to a large room with a breathtaking view of Lion's Head and the sea. The staff at The Ritz are simply wonderful! They are all friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was good, with eggs made to order and a good selection of other items. "Remarkably friendly and helpful staff members made us want to return the next time we’re at Cape Town’s international airport. The shuttle from the airport was efficient and on time.
