"The room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Willis Tower and within walking distance of The Magnificent Mile. The hotel room felt slightly dated, but it was clean. Overall, I'd stay here again."

"We had a great 3 night stay. I was with my son to tour colleges. We had a junior suite with two double beds. The room was spacious and clean. Only complaint would be that with the interior room, the living room portion didn’t have a window. Which was fine but I guess to give it some more light the wall had a gap at the top to let the light from the bedroom in. So it defeated the purpose of having a separate living room space as the light/noise came through as you couldn’t truly close off the two spaces from each other. Otherwise great. Nice staff. A nice property in a super convenient location to the L brown line, Millenium park, the Art Institute, etc"

"The hotel is within walking distance to many must-do locations in Chicago (Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium and The Bean). Lots of good good options near by as well. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean upon arrival. The bathroom fan was not working. The main issue was the AC not working. There was not filter in the machine and it was too old/too small to properly cool the room. We had it set to 60 degrees and you wouldn't have known. Not sure if it was because of the floor we were on or what but that was the largest issue we had."

"The view of the hotel was different from what was on the website. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. We called several times and then went to the lobby to ask. The view of the room was facing the wall. One day there was only coffee in the room, the rest of the days there was none. I did not like this hotel at all and I do not recommend it to anyone."
