"This was the closest hotel to where we were going. It is quite clean and well-maintained. The rooms are furnished with older furniture that was in good shape but not comfortable to sit in, and the lighting needs to be rethought: bedside table lamps by the bed would be helpful. Motorcycles are encouraged, but this leads to motorcycle noise. All in all, an O.K. experience, but updating the furnishings would make a difference."

"The room was clean but the body wash was empty in the shower. They did have plenty of bar soap to use though. I would stay here again when visiting Dollywood. "

"The hotel manager was polite and answered our questions regarding things to do in Chattanooga. The room was very clean and I love that the floor was linoleum and not carpet. The bed sheets were fresh and clean and comfortable. The bar/ lounge was an added gem to grab a cocktail and sit outside in the open foyer. "

"This is my second time staying here. Again it was a stay for the price. Very clean, quiet rooms that are anll updated. The shower in my room was outstanding... It’s very high tech & spa like. Only downside is there isn’t any parking for big box trucks, trailers, or camper type vehicles. "

"We were travelling through so booked at the last minute for the night! An excellent choice, the room and bathroom was clean and well appointed. The aircon was strong and quiet. There was a microwave, fridge and plenty of coffee in the room. There were plenty of dining and shopping options close by ranging from Pho, Longhorn to Chick-fil-A. Felt very safe, rooms were quiet & these 2 exhausted travellers slept for 10 hours straight as check out was only 11am!!"

"Family ran hotel, very friendly and accommodatng. Room was clean and tidy. This is a very old building but they do a good job of keeping it up. Love the waffle breakfast. Pool looked clean and the guests were quiet. Our room faced it and we had no issues with noise. "
