Surrounding area outside of hotel premises has ongoing construction being done. The hotel bar has a DJ and sometimes live music going until around midnight each day and the bass carries into our hotel room which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper but we were able to sleep thru it by spending our energy exploring the Medina and surrounding city. "
