"This is my second stay here and for a much longer period of time. The location is superb as it is adjacent a mall and 8-10 mins walk (underground, through the mall) to Taipei Main station and the MRTs. The staff are very courteous and speak excellent English. The room is large but the cleaning could be better as the bins were not emptied daily. The room was also too dark and this could be improved. There is a massive bathtub in the room!"

"5 minute walk to Raoke street market. Amazing! 25 minute walk to Taipei 101. Ten second wak to the bus and train. The room was super clean and spacious. Front desk staff is always around, however, most do not speak English. WELL DONE IRIS for doing a super job. Very helpful. The VIP coupon was non existent. The one thing lacking in this hotel is a bar. But then again, there are four 7-11's within a block and finding drinks is really easy. For what I needed this was a great location...
