It was a nice spacious suite but there was no cleaning service. Not even one time. I also was VIP but there was no bottle of wine as it was supposed to be for VIPs. The bar by the pool is too expensive with not too good quality of food.

Stayed for two nights here on a vacation. The balcony was overlooking the bay. Two beds and they were comfortable. Nice size TVs. Full kitchen. It was quiet and secluded. You could hear music from the restaurant across the bay by the sand but that wasn’t an issue. We saw dolphins swimming in the evening! Super cool! The staff at the front desk were nice. The guy at the front security gate was nice and helpful (younger kid with glasses). You can park anywhere once you get your parking pass. They supplied plenty of towels and wash cloths and the freezer actually had an ice maker in it. The only suggestion I would have would be- it would help to have a sign on the security station to motion guests to go through there to get to check in. We weren’t sure if we had to park in the parking garage or not. We were VERY pleased and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a great stay!

It was nice to have a condo on the bay. All of the amenities were great, I didn't have to leave the property for anything the two nights I was there. The little store had much more than I have ever seen at a resort. It is a little dated inside but everything worked and was clean. The only thing missing was an air vent in the bedroom and no ceiling fan. I kept waking up hot in the middle of the night.

Stayed a week at Sailport and enjoyed our room and time there. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of Tampa Bay. The staff were helpful and accommodating making the experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant by the pool. Amazing sunsets, saw dolphins, and family also went fishing on the grounds. I will definitely stay again.
