We would highly recommend Endless Summer- surfside. It was wonderful- great staff and amenities, super close to Universal. Fabulous rooms. Don’t hesitate to book your staff here. Also, Megan at the front desk was exceptional in customer service

Overall this is a fantastic property. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean and overall very nice. Other than an unusually difficult to turn shower valve in my room the place was quiet and comfortable. My only issue (more of a suggestion than a complaint) would be for the property to have it written somewhere that they do, in fact, have an airport shuttle and a shuttle to the park because I didn’t see those listed in the amenities and ended up paying for a Lyft from the airport only to find out there’s a free shuttle you just have to call a day in advance to book a seat on. But again that’s not a complaint, I may have just missed that somewhere and I would definitely stay here again

I love that the pool stayed open until11pm so the kids was always entertained, what i didn't like was kids was running up and down the hallways 7am waking us up and housekeeping trying to enter your room while your sleeping or while your not in your room people have personal items and noone should enter your room until check..i didn't appreciate that...
