The farm is an animal sanctuary with horses, ducks, geese, chicken, sheep, cattle, pigs and peacocks which really added to the countryside experience. This is a rustic experience similar to glamping so if you're after the 5 star experience this is not for you. "Unfortunately we didn't quite realise just how small the cabin we booked was. I suppose this is not the facilities fault as they haven't falsely advertised it but it was seriously small. Once the sun went down if you weren't going out you were pretty much stuck laying on the bed as there's no room really to sit anywhere else.I think that they should maybe put on the website just how small they are so you know exactly what you're walking into"

"A unique property about as close to the Tasman area as you can get. My room was more like a cabin, with its own parking and even an outdoor bathtub and barbeque area. The room was large and comfortable, with a kitchenette and small fridge. There is also a public cooking area and laundry facility. Also nearby, your own private glowworm cave, although I didn't get a chance to check it out. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel easy to find and check-in was easy. You pretty much have to have a car here but this is true of most of the area. I had a great stay, even through I was only there a short time."
