"We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave."

Quiet location as the carriage house is located at the back of the property with a nice happy hour porch overlooking a large yard, which our dog enjoyed. Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all. There are so many cute details like the sweet alcove, the office under the stairs, and the little dog bed nook. The place is well stocked if you forget anything. Highly recommend! "
