Very disappointing experience:
- false information wrong instructions provided: 1. It was listed as 2bedroom/1bath 1496 sqft. Actually it’s probably around 650 sqft with dinner table in the kitchen right at the door of the tiny bathroom. 2. By following Check-in instructions ‘the key is located inside a lockbox which is next to the front door’ and ‘wireless connection instructions can be found inside the unit upon arrival’, I guarantee you won’t get in and won’t find the internet connection instruction. We ended of using our own data until next day morning received reply from guest contact.
- serious concern over the hygiene: 1. One significantly wore-out leather/faux leather sofa coved with crumbs and stains. Stains with coffee table. It took half box wipes to clean them. It quite disturbing to see half box wipes turned into a dark dirty pile. 2. There was no dishwasher but Guests were required to ‘wash and put away used dishes’. How can the cleanness of the dishes cups be guaranteed? 3. All the bedsheets are dark brown. After above two items, I didn’t know if the sheets were clean.
- Ants crawling on the dinner table, kitchen counter and walls.
- After finishing the toilet paper on the holder, there was no extra toilet paper. Contacted guest contact got reply the 2nd day said would do ‘something’ but nothing happened until we checked out. One of us held his poopoo until 2nd day I bought toilet paper.
