"We LOVED our weekend at this cabin! It was just perfect! We came to Colorado to elope and because of the rain, ended up just eloping on the beautiful grounds of the cabin! It couldn't have been more amazing! Great accommodations for us and our 4 kiddos! They loved exploring the grounds. I hope we will be able to return to the place we got married on our first wedding anniversary!"

"Check in and communication was seamless. Cabin was "rustic meets ski lounge" - exactly what we were after! The property is somewhat close to the main road/highway, so you can hear some road noise from time to time. Overall excellent experience!"

"This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing...

"My son and I stayed at the Nederland Cabin for an extended weekend, while attending a ski race. It was a great place. We enjoyed the location in town and the quick drive up to Eldora. Great owners, super helpful and communicated everything we needed. Overall, I would recommend to anyone and would stay there again."

"We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability."

"We chose this cabin for a family vacation because it’s convenient to Boulder, where we have friends, and Red Rocks, where we saw a concert. We especially liked the porches, where we hung out a lot enjoying the cool weather at that elevation."

"This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back...

"Donna's place was great. Felt secluded, yet close to things needed. The fireplace was fantastic, as well as having access to the snowshoeing gear to enjoy the trails behind the house. Responsive and detailed communication, and smooth check-in and out processes."

The setting, streams, hiking and short distance to downtown Boulder for our daughter’s graduation was ideal! We would love to stay here again!"

"I wanted some time in a cabin, in the mountains. It was quiet. My friend and I enjoyed the peace and making a fire to warm up. It was far enough away from Boulder to get out of the city , but also close enough to hang out in city. Overall, great stay. The driveway into the property is steep. Luckily I drove carefully, but a little heads up to be careful driving in should be stated, as there is a cliff with no guardrail. We returned when still daylight out for this reason. We are not...

"House was amazing!! This house was perfect with AMAZING views! Definitely will be booking again! We were caught in the huge snow storm and lost power and water - Nate stayed in contact with us all day to make sure we were okay and even offered to move us to another location they had if needed. He had the driveway cleared of snow so we could continue our vacation. The house had everything we needed and the entertainment/movie/theater room was great to relax and watch movies during down time....

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
