"The condo is very neat and owner is very responsive. The thing that impressed me were clocks!, Most rentals have no bedroom clocks and this one did. Also the TV had so many channels. It was great. However, a few blankets are needed as we encountered some cool nights. Also there were no brochures or other items, like puzzles. Overall it is a really nice unit."

"This condo is not the best for women. The closets are full of all kinds of things and hanging anything is impossible without unloading them. The exterminator must’ve been just before us because dead bugs everywhere. Thank goodness dead. Otherwise the beds are ok, the view is nice and use of the pool is a plus. "Condo was conveniently located in a very quiet area. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony while having coffee in the mornings, as well as on evenings after a day on the beach. The location made it easy to be at the beach in just a few minutes, as well as head out in the other direction to restaurants and shopping. Hope to be able to return soon!"

"Absolutely beautiful condo. Everything was just as described. It was extremely convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. It was nice having the board games, beach chairs, etc provided so we could cut back on some of the packing since it was just a quick weekend trip. We definitely hope to visit again!"

"This was the most beautiful and quaint little condo I have ever stayed at. It was very clean and the management was very polite and quick to respond. The beach itself is beautiful and well kept. The locals are very nice and it was the perfect location to run the Sunset Beach half marathon with Costal Productions. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!"

"Family Tides is awesome. Clean, attractive, up to date…we spent almost a month….perfect for us to reconnect with former neighbors and friends. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, parks…we had our pup with us and we enjoyed walks on beach and the parks… Hated to leave but plan to return at some point. "Place was clean and neat we enjoyed the community pool. We did not have garbage bags or a coffee maker and mgmt brought them. Negatives-the master bed needs to be changed , its super soft and not comfortable. The master shower could have been cleaner. Water pressure in both baths was very weak."
